The lease would primarily cover the period of my exchange studies from August 1st, 2025 to February 28th, 2026, but starting the contract earlier in June or July is also possible. The monthly rent consists of the base rent (444,42 €/month) and a utility fee (23,00 €/month, covering electricity and internet), totaling 467,42 €/month. Water is billed based on consumption. A security deposit of 200 € is required and will be refunded at the end of the rental period. Building B includes shared facilities such as a laundry room, sauna and a common room for residents. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The apartment is part of TOAS’s Lumipuu housing complex.
