Newish one-room apartment with great location for sublease

I am subletting an one-room apartment from the popular student dorm TOAS Pirjonsampo (https://toas.fi/asuntokohde/pirjonsampo/) in Kaleva. The preferred time period for the sublet would be from the end of February until the end of August, but a shorter or a bit longer agreement is possible, as well. The apartment is located near the tram stop Hakametsä and Kalevan Prisma, one of the largest grocery stores in Tampere. It faces the inner yard, meaning that most of the noises from the street are absent. The apartment includes blackout curtains, an owen, a microwave, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher and a glazed balcony. Laundry room/washing machines and a sauna are located on the ground floor of the building. Regarding further furnishment, I can sublet the apartment either furnished or unfurnished, depending on the need. The building has been built in 2016, therefore the apartment is in excellent condition. It takes 6 minutes to the city centre campus by bus and 15 minutes to Hervanta campus by tram. The University of Applied Sciences and Kauppi Campus of Tampere university can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by bike. There is a storage for the bikes in the inner yard. Parking space is located underground and needs to be applied from TOAS separately. I am paying 584,30 € rent monthly (including electricity, water and internet), but I am willing to sublet the apartment with the rent of 500 € per month. TOAS requires the subtenant to be a student during the semester (September-April), but between May and August that rule does not apply.
