Greetings! I am looking for a new roommate for a bohemian two-bedroom apartment in Kaleva starting February 1, 2025. Rent €365 + water €21.5 / person / month + electricity + one month deposit. Internet not included. The building, completed in 1960, is located in "front-Kaleva" (technically Liisanpuisto): all services are nearby and both trolleys run by. The apartment is about 60m², of which the room for rent is 13m². The room has dark green wallpapers and a window to the east. Fifth floor. The floor plan is great for roommate living and it has been my lovely home for 13 years already - that is, well over a third of my life. :o I've always lived here with a roommate, and for three years I even shared the apartment with a couple.
