There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is next to the room for rent, making it almost like your private one. The room is approximately 10 square meters and comes furnished with a 140cm wide bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a study desk. Water, electricity, and internet are all included in the rent. House is in peaceful location, and nearest bust and tram stops are only less than 10min walk connecting you easily everywhere in Tampere. The rental period is flexible, available to suit your needs between January and June/July. Normally, the apartment is home to Sami and Edith, along with their incredibly friendly 5.5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog. So hope you are a dog person—though no dog care duties are expected from you. :) This spring, Edith will be going on an exchange program, and Sami will also be away on work trips part of the time. Therefore, we decided to rent out one of the rooms in our apartment. We are bit over 30yrs and are internationally oriented (also lived and studied abroad). We also don’t mind if you’d like to invite friends over for an evening, board games, or other social activities—we do the same ourselves. We hope this arrangement could lead to new international friendships in addition to just being a rental.
