As a spacious one bedroom apartment it is perfect for a couple or friends who are willing to share a bedroom but could also work well for one resident. The house has a common laundry room and a sauna for the residents. It is 50m from the nearest grocery store and only 1.5km from the train station. The apartment was renovated in 2013-2014 and is almost like new. The apartment is pet friendly.
