We offer for rent a studio apartment of 32 m2 in average condition. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and has a shower. It is within a walking distance from the main campus of the university and the city center. Bus stops towards and away from to the city center are located nearby. There is space for a table in the kitchen. There are a sauna and a laundry room in the basement. The building went through major repairs in the 2010s during which the bathroom of the apartment was completely rebuilt. Parking (with electricity) is available in the yard. Rent 550 €/month, water fee 26 €/person/month. Central heating is included in the rent and hot water in the water fee.
